Question: What if my pet is nervous or not comfortable  to the point that we don't take any photos?

 

Answer:  The first 30 minutes are dedicated to making sure your pet is calm and relaxed for the photo session. In-home sessions are available for an additional fee of $50. We do require an open space of at least 7' x 7' to allow the photography equipment and backdrops to be set up properly.

Question: Do you provide treats to help my pet stay still for shots?

 

Answer:  We will have training treats to help your pet stay still for shots but if your pet has allergies or diet restrictions you will need to bring your own to ensure your pets safety. 

 

Question: How many backdrops are available?

 

Answer:  We currently have white and gray. We are experienced graphic designers and have the capability to digitally alter backgrounds to add texture, patterns or color changes to your images. Options are limited according to the package that is selected.

Question: My pet has a favorite toy and I would like to bring it to the photoshoot. Is this ok?

 

Answer:  Yes, we encourage our clients to bring anything they feel is meaningful to their pets portraits. Including clothing that your pet is comfortable wearing. Please do not bring an item that your pet is not comfortable in, it will make it challenging to get any good shots in your time that is in your package. Depending on the holiday we will provide some props and decorations to theme the shoot. If the client wants to keep it simple we also can do our standard beauty shots.

Question: There are some photographers that hold images ransom, are you going to "nickel and dime" every photo?

 

Answer:  Nope! We include all the images on a disc for our clients. You will receive your edited/retouched/formatted images according to the package you select and all the "raw" un-edited images. We mainly focused pricing based on the amount of time and number of edited images. Retouching is very time consuming and our packages are reasonably priced compared to other photographers.

Question: Do you pick the photos alone or do I get to share my opinion?

 

Answer: The way we will select photos is provided you with a link of the photos we feel came out the best in terms of how your pet looks and how clear the image turns out (considering that pets depending on their personalities may be moving a lot). We make sure you have visibility to all the photos prior to editing the images. We do however require our clients to confirm their images and/or provided feedback within 2 business days.

Question: My pet is crazy active, how do we get him or her to cooperate?

 

Answer:  Every pet is different in terms of energy levels. If you have an active dog, please exercise him or request an evening time slot to catch him when he is more tired to help him cooperate with the photo session. If its not possible to get any shots we will have to reschedule or cancel the shoot.

Question: My pet may be aggressive around new people, can I still bring him to a session?

 

Answer:  Unfortunately, like most groomers we do not work with aggressive pets. If your pet has a history or biting please do not bring him to a session.

Question: Do I have to pay in full before the session?

​

Answer:  We take 50% payment prior to your reserved day via Zelle or Venmo. The remaining balance is due upon completion of images being edited and retouched.

Question: If I am not happy with the images can I get a refund?

​

Answer:  No, all sales are final. We want to keep your business and referrals so we will strive to make the photos look as good as possible. This is why our basic package is a minimum of 1 hour dedicated to taking as much as photos as possible.
